 Burnt umber ground.  Reds blacks and oranges for the smile.  Adding the green stem for his top.  A little cyan & white bg treatment. The seeds are its teeth. Almost done. Pareidolia is what's referred to here, the imagined perception of a pattern or meaning where it does not actually exist,  as in considering the moon to have human features. Pic source: Twitter.
